Vie Athletics is a class based fitness studio. We specialize in full body strength endurance workouts. In our classes you will use free weights, run, jump, and use your body weight. Our workouts are Physical Therapist approved, ensuring our programming is well balanced. Each unique workout is made with great care, focusing on our member's long term health.
